Visgenix offers clearly scoped consulting at a price agreed up front and bills open-ended advice on time and effort, often with a budget cap. The amount depends on the consulting field, the size of your environment and how many people on your side are involved. We set the frame in the free initial call and after the inventory, so you know it before the actual consulting begins.

Do we have to order delivery from Visgenix?

No, delivery by Visgenix is entirely optional. The documents belong to you. Implement them yourself, with your IT service provider or with Visgenix. If a step fits another provider better, we will say so.

How do your recommendations come about?

Our recommendations follow criteria that are fixed before any product is named, for example integration, security, running costs, licensing model, data location and how easily you could switch later. These criteria are part of the result, so you can check every recommendation against them. One thing worth knowing: Visgenix itself offers managed IT and hosting.

What is the difference between IT consulting and managed IT?

IT consulting ends with documents such as a strategy, an audit or a concept, while managed IT takes over day-to-day operations. Managed IT is billed per device, server and license. You can book either one without the other.
