We charge for our consulting directly, so it is clear what you are paying for. We also offer delivery, operations and hosting, but you do not have to order them from us. The items appear separately in the quote. You decide on each quote individually.

A recommendation in a consulting project follows your requirements and documented criteria. If Microsoft 365 suits you, we recommend Microsoft. If an open source solution fits better, we recommend that. The selection criteria are documented in the result.

Consulting and offers are kept separate. Consulting is paid for individually. We justify recommendations with documented selection criteria that you can check. You can award delivery and procurement freely, including to other providers. Additional services from Visgenix such as Microsoft 365, hosting or managed IT are offered and shown separately.

Yes, on request we take over procurement and setup. We show the item separately so you can compare it with other quotes. You can equally buy the recommended products yourself or through another provider. The consulting is not tied to later purchases through Visgenix.

Visgenix separates the strategic assessment from the later delivery in a transparent way. Our consulting projects deliver results that stand on their own. You do not have to buy recommended products or delivery from us. If you want, we still take over delivery and ongoing operations. Visgenix was founded in 2023. The team brings combined experience from over 50 projects.

Visgenix offers clearly bounded consulting services and work packages at a price agreed up front and bills open-ended or ongoing advice on agreed effort, often with a budget cap. We name a figure only after the initial call, because the consulting field, the size of the environment and the number of people involved determine it. In both models you receive a written estimate before the project starts.

Both are possible, in three forms: as a one-off project, for example an audit or an IT strategy; as project support during a migration or introduction; and as ongoing advice with regular reviews. Not every customer switches to managed IT afterwards.

No. IT consulting is an offer in its own right. Many customers use only the consulting and keep running their IT themselves or with another provider. You can add managed IT later.

IT consulting begins with a free initial call in which we clarify your starting point and goals. Then follows an inventory of your IT landscape, contracts and open points. In the analysis we rate the options and prioritize them by benefit, effort and risk. At the end you receive our recommendation as written documentation.

You always receive documented results, for example a roadmap, a target architecture, a budget plan, an audit report, a prioritized action plan or a project plan, depending on the consulting field. The documents belong to you and can also be used by your internal IT or another provider.

That depends on the consulting field. In strategy projects we need management for goals and prioritization, above all at the kick-off and when the recommendations are aligned. Departments and internal IT provide information on processes and systems. We state the expected time commitment beforehand in the project plan.

You choose the time for the free initial call directly online. For urgent topics such as an upcoming migration, a security incident or an expiring contract, please mention the urgency when you book. We plan accordingly.

No. The results of the consulting are documented so that you can implement internally, with Visgenix or with another provider. The consulting results become your property.

Yes. Possible models: Visgenix delivers the architecture and your team implements. Visgenix takes over project management and your existing IT systems house implements. Or Visgenix takes over the complete delivery. You decide which model fits after the consulting.

Yes. We coordinate with your internal IT and your provider, collect the information we need and set out interfaces and responsibilities.

We mainly advise small and mid-sized companies, from a single office to a mid-sized company with several sites. Companies without an IT department get expertise when needed and do not have to build their own staff. Companies with an IT department get a second opinion on strategic decisions.

We treat consulting content and information about your IT as confidential. We work with project-specific access rights; access exists only as far as the consulting requires it. Where data processing applies, we conclude a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR. On request we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before the first detailed conversation.
